Our goal at Inner Light Holistic Healing is to help you reconnect to your own inner light. We work with Holy Fire® Reiki to help facilitate deep emotional release, enhanced intuition, greater mental clarity, and spiritual growth. Access Bars® sessions to help you easily remove the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and emotions that keep you feeling stuck, and chakra balancing to keep everything in alignment.

Each session may include any combination of Holy Fire® Reiki, chakra balancing, or Access Bars®. A personalized treatment plan will be discussed and agreed upon for each treatment session based on the needs or goals of the individual client.

 

What is Energy Healing?

Energy healing operates on the idea that everything is made up of energy. We are made up of energy, everything around us is made up of energy, and our thoughts and feelings have energy. When we experience a significant or traumatic situation the energy from those thoughts and emotions can become stuck or lodged in our energetic field. They can create subconscious habits or patterns that continue to operate "under the radar" of the conscious mind. They can show up as physical pain in the body, as disease, or as mental/emotional stress seemingly blocking us from moving forward or reconnecting with our authentic self. Holy Fire® Reiki, Access Bars®, and chakra balancing can help the bodymind let go of these energetic blockages.

 

Holy Fire® Reiki

Holy Fire® Reiki is a high-frequency, spiritually-guided energy healing system that promotes wholeness, healing, purification, empowerment, and provides guidance. It is a more refined form of Reiki, originating from a higher level of consciousness that works by connecting us directly to Source. It is non-religious, works with any belief system, and helps facilitate deep emotional release, enhanced intuition, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.

The use of the word Holy in this context refers to being whole and complete. While Holy Fire® Reiki utilizes the words God, Holy Spirit and Jesus it is in a non-religious way. God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit existed a long time before religion was ever developed and so they do not own the sole use of these words. God, Goddess, Source, Oneness, All that Is, Creator, Universe, Abba, Yahweh…no matter what word or symbol you choose to use, it all leads back to Love.

Holy Fire® Reiki works by connecting us back to God so we can rediscover our authentic self and unleash our unique gifts. Warning this may lead to living a happier, healthier, and more abundant life. All disease begins in the mind and all chronic disease finds its roots in trauma. Holy Fire® Reiki can help heal trauma and the limiting beliefs that keep us feeling stuck and sick.

Holy Fire® Reiki can also promote psychological healing, releasing feelings of anger, fear, worry, grief, sadness, and other emotions that are unhealthy to hold onto, replacing them with positive feelings of self-worth, compassion and peace. An energy worker will not interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Holy Fire Reiki® does not guarantee a cure and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Access Bars® are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that keep you feeling stuck. An Access Bars® session can help remove limiting beliefs and thought patterns that no longer serve you. During a session many people experience a deep sense of relaxation, a profound sense of joy, and an increase in focus and creativity. Letting go of what no longer serves you creates more space for infinite possibilities.
