Meredith has been the owner practitioner of Inner Light Holistic Healing since 2020. Her own healing journey led her to experience significant shifts by working with and studying from many gifted healing practitioners. She began to understand how deeply important human connection is to our overall health and wellbeing and through bodywork and energy healing she experienced deep healing in her own life. She began to feel more peaceful. She experienced an inner knowing that she wanted to help others in a similar way. She became a licensed massage therapist in June 2020 and a certified Reiki Master in November 2020. She has completed all three levels of Biomechanical Craniosacral Therapy training. She  became a registered Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher at the International Center for Reiki Training in August 2025.

In her spare time, Meredith enjoys reading, meditating, qigong, hiking and spending time with her family.
